This four day life pose will concentrate on acute observation of the model. There will be an emphasis on techniques which will help you to produce proportionally accurate drawings or paintings, while at the same time bringing out the expressive quality of whichever medium you choose to use.
About Antony Williams
Antony is well known for working almost exclusively in egg tempera. It can be a painstaking and exacting medium but one which allows him to express a feeling he has about the look of the world.
All of his work is the product of direct and intense observation. As a result this can produce a heightened sense of realism where every surface detail is given almost equal consideration.
