Open Studio / Drop In Sessions

Drop In Sessions, previously Open Studio, are based on the traditional French Atelier system. Run by our experienced and renowned tutors, these classes are a flexible opportunity to draw and paint from the model. Available Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays during term time.

We welcome beginner and more established artists. You can join at any time of the year and choose your own patterns of attendance through our booking system.

Enrolment
You can book daily sessions in Open Studio at any time during the academic year through the new online booking system. Please bring your receipt with you to present to your tutor on arrival. Numbers are limited and the following regulations apply:

Transfers
Once a booking has been paid for it is not possible to transfer to an alternative date.

Refunds
To claim a refund, we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice before the booked session. No refunds will be given with less than 14 days’ notice. All refund requests must be sent by email to info@heatherleys.org.

Refunds are subject to a £25 administration charge.

Materials
Please bring your own materials with you. There is a small school shop selling a drawing equipment, paints and supports. Your tutor can open the shop for you.
