In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, a full refund will be given.

All fees are payable 28 days in advance of commencement of respective courses with a 10% deposit to be paid upon acceptance of offer of course place.You have a statutory right to cancel your contract with the school after a “cooling off period” of 14 calendar days from payment of fees and within 14 days of the beginning of the autumn term. Requests for refunds must be made in writing. Details of refunds are included in the course acceptance contract.

SUMMER TERM 2022
The school will be closed for three bank holidays: Monday 2 May, Thursday 2 June & Friday 3 June.
Fees for Monday part time courses are adjusted to reflect this.

All fees are payable in advance of commencement of respective courses.  Fees for courses cancelled by the participant fourteen days or less prior to the commencement date of the course are non-refundable.  Courses cancelled with more than fourteen days written notice before the commencement of the course can be refunded subject to a £25 administration charge.  Agreed refunds will be processed within 21 days of request being agreed with the School.

The Heatherley School of Fine Art reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule courses, or adjust fees, or substitute lecturers as necessary.

We regret we are no longer able to offer an over 60s concession.

All fees are payable in advance.

No refunds or transfers within 14 days of a session. Transfers and refunds are subject to a £25 administration charge. In the unlikely event of an Open Studio session being cancelled, a full refund will be given.
