Our day and evening classes are open to beginners as well as those with some experience and include life drawing, portrait painting, oil painting, watercolour, ceramics, figurative sculpture and printmaking.
Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old.

We are delighted to announce that Heatherleys will reopen for the Summer term for all Day and Evening courses on 19th April.
Portrait Diploma and Sculpture Diploma students only will return to school for the last three weeks of the Spring term on 15th March.
Your safety is our highest priority. We will continue to protect each other and follow the strict Safety Protocol which kept us all safe last term. Class numbers will be restricted and masks will be worn in the building. I greatly appreciated your cheerful cooperation with all of this this last term. We can’t wait to see you again!

Part time courses
Admission to the Open Studio, part-time day and evening courses and summer holiday classes is non-selective, subject to student enrolment. The online application form should be completed and sent to the school with the appropriate fee paid in full. Courses can be booked online or in person.
Courses are released for sale halfway through term for the following term, eg. 5th November 2019 for Spring Term 2020. This date will be advised well in advance on the website on the Part-Time Courses section and by email to everyone on our e-mailing list.
The Heatherley School of Fine Art reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule courses, or adjust fees, or substitute lecturers as necessary.
