About Tim Benson RP
Tim Benson is an oil painter, specialising in contemporary portraiture. He uses thick oil paint to create gestural yet accurate paintings. He was President of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters until 2023, is member of the Royal Society of Portrait Painters and the New English Art Club.
