Art for Life Workshop
An art and wellbeing workshop useing creative activity, painting, drawing and words, as part of the therapeutic process.
We’ll focus on positive group engagement and how the arts can be used to develop skills that help reduce stress, reinforce playfulness and gain new insights.
You’ll be guided through the art-making experience where you are encouraged to find your own meaning in your work as you bring your ‘art experiments’ to life.
There is no need to be ‘good’ at art as there is no end result – the emphasis is on taking part and enjoying the process.
