Description

A Weekend Working with the Figure

Two consecutive days of working with the figure using a variety of means and tools.
A sustained experimental journey through approaches to the human form, this experience is what we understand as ‘expanded life drawing’. From rapid responses to prolonged manipulation of media, there will be an emphasis on helping students to break new ground in their drawing practice.

This workshop will provide a valuable opportunity to enhance your drawing through elements that will stimulate and re-vitalise your workings with the figure. Materials required include pencils, charcoal, erasers, A1 cartridge paper, all of which are available to buy from the tutor.

Materials: all dry drawing materials plus paint, ink & collage.
