This course has been specifically devised for students who have completed the two-year Diploma in Portraiture or equivalent study and who want to have a supportive framework for their professional practice. Heatherley's provides models and tutorial support on Thursdays and Fridays. Seminar and discussion groups take place during the year.

In addition, use of a studio on Saturdays between 10am–4pm will be available throughout the academic year and model bookings can be arranged through the school office (model fees for Saturdays are not included in the course fee).

There will be an opportunity to exhibit work in the Annual Summer Exhibition.
