Exhibition of work by the part-time sculpture students

Our part-time sculpture students’ work will be on display around the school until the 7th of May.

Principal Veronica Ricks says of the exhibition ’Peaceful stone carvings, intricate terracotta figures and some wonderfully observed portraits currently inhabit the sunny corridors of Heatherley’s. They are the produce of the somewhat dusty, but enthusiastic and dedicated, band of part time sculptors who jointly make up our Weds Thurs and Fri part time sculpture classes. I am delighted that we are able to show off their efforts to the rest of the school and especially to thank their tutors for the help and inspiration which has produced such interesting work.’
